Location: the hotel was close enough to the autoroute out of Santander as well as the centre of town. It was an original building, the rooms were clean and fine. The whole staff was very amiable.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The attention to detail was impressive, from the lovingly cared for property to the squeaky clean rooms. The basic breakfast included in the rates was a great value for money.

The building had an old style that was charming and there were plenty of common areas to relax in. It was located a short distance from the city, making it easy to escape the crowds during the busy holiday period. Parking was simple that made it easy to arrive and unpack.

The noise from the surroundings, barking dogs, and traffic kept us up all night. Despite the fact that some of the staff were nice, the service was generally poor.

The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, far from the center of town and surrounded by ordinary buildings. it offers a calming suburban atmosphere and the garden is pleasant. Our room had a balcony with a sea view, which was a nice advantage to the place. the bed was comfortable but the room lacked amenities such as mosquito nets and air conditioning.

The service was very poor. the staff was hardly present and not welcoming nor helpful.

Good price for the time of the year. The place has a lovely garden.
